Cancellation
Policy (Local Time):
The remaining balance plus tax will be collected by the resort also at the time of booking. Reservations must be cancelled at least 7 days in advance of your arrival date or you will not be eligible to receive a refund. Room moves may be required.
***NOTE: There is an age requirement of at least 21 years of age to book and check-in at the resort.
Check-in Procedure:
The Front Desk is open Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Friday and Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. If checking-in after hours, please contact the resort directly at 760-342-1485.
There is a $5.50 resort fee per day.
Late Check-in
Procedure:
The front desk hours at The Indian Palms Vacation Club are: Mon-Thurs 8am-7pm, Sat. 9am-7pm, Fri. and Sun. 8am-10pm. If arriving late, please contact the friendly resort staff directly during business hours at 760-342-1485 for further assistance on our user-friendly late check-in procedures.
